We do not perform readings regarding lottery numbers, exact dates of death, or third parties who have not given their consent. We do not perform hexes or curses or give advice on how to perform those.

5. Booking, Payments, and Delivery
Booking: All services must be booked through our website. Once payment is complete, you must email your specific details and what you are seeking to contact@magickwithalex.com.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit card and PayPal payments.
Delivery: All readings and services are delivered digitally as a PDF file sent to the email address you provide. Standard delivery time is within 48 hours of receiving your emailed details, unless we contact you directly to specify otherwise. We do not conduct live sessions (e.g., via Zoom or phone).
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, requests that cross our ethical boundaries or abusive behavior. If we choose to refuse service before the reading or service has been completed, a full refund will be issued.
7. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized, energetic, and time-intensive nature of these services, all completed readings and spellwork are final and non-refundable.
UK Consumer Law Exemption: Under UK consumer law, customized or bespoke goods and services are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Because our readings and all our services are highly personalized and created specifically for you, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the work on your service has begun.
Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from using our services. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using evidence of the delivered service.

Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by any of our services.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
